We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Shoes are typically shipped within 1-3 business days, but in rare cases, it may take up to 7 days due to certain circumstances.

Clothing items generally take 3-10 business days to ship, as many of them are imported from warehouses located further away from our main order processing center. While we strive for efficiency, some delays may occur based on inventory location and logistics.

Possible reasons for delays include:

• High Order Volume: Increased demand during sales and holiday seasons.
• Product Location: With over 5,000 products in our store, your item may need to be transferred from another warehouse to our processing facility.
• Unforeseen Delays: Various factors outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide options to proceed. You can choose to wait for a restock, exchange the product, or request a refund.

To ensure your satisfaction, our quality inspection team carefully checks every order for any issues with quality or sizing before it is shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

• Fast Shipping: 10-17 days ($20.00, via air shipping).
• PRIME EXPRESS Shipping: 5-10 days ($35.00, via air shipping).

Please be aware that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

• High package volumes during peak sales seasons like Black Friday or Christmas.
• Severe weather conditions affecting sea or air transport.
• Unforeseen events causing logistical delays.

While we are not responsible for delays outside our control, rest assured that 95% of all orders arrive within the estimated timeframes.

• Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been shipped, and you receive a tracking number.
• Order processing time is not included in the shipping timeframe.

To properly care for your jersey, follow these steps:

1. Wash the jersey inside-out, to protect the outside from abrasion.
2. Do not mix the jersey with other clothes, especially ones with zippers or rough materials.
3. If you have a laundry mesh bag or net, use it to protect the jersey in the washing machine.
4. Set the washing machine to a delicate or low setting.
5. DO NOT put the jersey in the dryer. This can cause shrinkage and damage the fabric. Instead, air dry the jersey by hanging it or laying it flat.

Once you've cleaned the shoes to your satisfaction, stuff the shoes with newspaper to help them retain their shape, and let them air dry completely before wearing them again.

It's important to avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals or scrubbing too hard on your sneakers, as this can damage the material and cause the shoes to lose their shape. Additionally, avoid putting your sneakers in the washing machine, as this can cause the shoes to shrink or become damaged. If you're not confident in your ability to clean your sneakers properly, consider taking them to a professional shoe repair shop for cleaning.

You can also purchase special shoe cleaning kits that can be found in sports retail stores. A kit like this has it's own use instructions and they generally do a very good job cleaning the shoe.
